This document describes the methodology and the sequence of actions that customs authorities of contracting parties of the TIR Convention, bound by its Annex 11, should perform to interconnect their national customs systems with the eTIR international system. It includes a product brief to introduce the eTIR international system, a description of the proposed methodology and communication management for the project, a list of milestones detailing the notable steps and draft Gantt chart.
