Code Lists
- Added an XSD file containing all supported Code Lists to simplify the validation of the relevant fields

- Modified the cardinality of PostcodeID from 1..1 to 0..1

- Modified the XSD type so it is now shared with other identical fields

- Modified the XSD class so that all the fields have been factorized now use the same one
